Streetsmart banking? Be careful when looking for tax-evasion and "secret bankaccounts"

A chinese lion statue

Let's get straight to the point. We are bankers and we hate the system. There ... we said it. Why is the internet full of scammers, that SEO their websites into something trustworthy and pretend to assist people with "company registration on the Cayman Islands" or "Get your secret VISA card here" and other idiotic options like that? Because there are idiots who believe it and pay for it ... *Sigh*

Our sources on this entire website are amongst the most trustworthy:
Embassies, USA Today, various institutions, CNN, The Economist, Swiss Banking law, European Statistics, Real Estate statistics, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, SAGE Publications, BRF-Credit, European Commission, Ritzau, Reuters, Financial Times and many more!

First of all - this is 2009 - and banks all around the world are in trouble. They are being pressured by trading platforms, forex brokers, offshore banks and the lack of global trust in the banks. Most people are also completely fed-up with taxes (no matter where you are from) that they have been searching for Swiss-bank account options for decades. However, nowadays the internet is full of scammers that offer these banking solutions. Don't be fooled by professional websites - the majority are completely scams.

We have decided to offer ALL of our information for free on this website. Why? Simple: We want the world to know this sort of information for free. We've seen lawyers in Hong Kong, Gibraltar, Monaco etc., take several thousand of dollars in fees for simple paperwork. We've seen how people get "raped" by the I.R.S. or regional tax-authorities in their attempt to "evade tax" and we've seen how risky investors who make great profits, need to hand over more than 30-40% of their profits in taxes and fees for stock-trading!
This is unfair for "the little man". Because wealthy clients and hardcore criminals have the money, to purchase this kind of information in their banks and through their bankers. Let's not forget the major U.B.S. Scandal with diamond smuggling.

We are giving you controversial images, information and solutions ... at own risk.

Why have a "secret bank account" in the first place?

Posted in 2009

There are plenty of myths and conspiracy theories surrounding accounts in Switzerland and similar banking countries. Let me first explain why it is a good idea to have an account in a country, that has very strict banking laws. In this first chapter, we will tell you about all the thoughts, facts and dilemmas about opening so called "secret bank accounts" and what that entail?

Offshore bank accounts if you run your own business

Another huge advantage you get, by opening up a offshore bankaccount is, if you have your own business. In short, if you earn your money online and you invoice people from other countries, then you are absolutely free to alter your banking details as you wish. A client in Germany doesn’t care if has to make a wire transfer to Liechtenstien or France, they are only interested in getting the service or goods that you are selling. Now here’s the dangerous part.... read more in this chapter!

Changing invoices due to VAT - "Back fire"

Posted in 2009

See how the invoices could be created and formed, in order to avoid being backfired with V.A.T. and how the system works. Many use a 3 months period before the authorities need to see any records, and by creating a "whole" due to V.A.T. the system is loosing billions of dollars each year.

Typical offshore account possibilities

Posted in 2009

Let’s take a look at, what this book is all about = The bank accounts.
I’ve chosen Swiss bankaccounts because they are the “mother” of all account types, so we might as well start off with them. They also have the longest banking tradition in the whole world so I see no point in chosing a different taxhaven.  However the OECD are really hitting down hard on these "usual" banking secrecy countries. So where are people heading for now?

Myths about offshore bankaccounts

A chinese dragon

“It’s only people who are already millionaires or rich who can open bankaccounts in countries like Switzerland, Monaco, Gibraltar, Cayman Islands etc.!”

No, that is wrong. Of course, if you have a huge amount of money the banks are more than willing to help you become their client, but people who make a bit more money than average or has ambitions about it, can find respectable banks that are willing to open a regular deposit account.

Overview of taxhaven countries

A chinese dragon

There is a fair amount of countries that are consideren taxhavens and it is these countries that you will need to focus on. I can’t really serve all this on a silver plate, especially because I’m halfway drunk in Champagne as I write this, but I do have an overview for you with a small describtion. I will not list apparent countries like Albania, Montserrat and countries like that, because they are extremely corrupt and has no political stability what so ever. You might as well trust your money to a local Bulgarian gipsy.

Map of the world + tax havens

Posted in 2009

Overview of the most wellknown and stable taxhavens around the world. There are most likely a few names that you’ve heard of before, and I would advise you to “stick to what you know”. Many “new” taxhavens are not as traditional and might not be as secure as the good ‘ol havens.

How to get started with offshore banking possibilities?

Posted in 2009

First of all we need to set something straight. Offshore activities MUST be handled through a respectable bank that has been running smoothly for many years. You do not head onto Google and type “Offshore banking” because then you’ll only find people who know how to SEO their website and you wind up there instead of at a real bank.
First you must figure out, which country do you want to have your offshore activities. I recommend that you find a country that is “close” to where you live and at the same time a country with political stabability.

It is one of the most well-established banks and it is banks like this, your should try to contact. The main reason is because you can be pretty sure, that it whon’t crack within 2 years and it’s not a “new bank”.

A chinese dragon

In the book ”Dirty Rotten CEOs” the author William G. Flanagan reveals the huge amount of greed that flurish in private investors and CEOs. Keep in mind, that CEO salary in America on average, is more than 531 times than the average working salary!
But what also gives this boost? Of course their stockoptions. Usually it doesn’t cost them a penny because they get stocks instead of higher base-salary. The stockoptions are always cheaper than market price. Typically an option lasts for 3 years but sometimes they can be traded shortly after they have been granted. Read more in the link!

Insider-trading with an easy explanation!

Monday morning, you purchase worth 50.000$ of shares in your company at the price of 3,40$ per share. You get around 14.700 shares for your 50.000 bucks.
At the pressmeeting on Friday, the positive news gives the stock a boost and it rises to 5,90$ per share and you sell all the 14.700 shares that you bought a few days ago.
The sale totals 14.700 * 5,90$ per share = 83.700$ . (Read the next steps and information in this chapter!)

Get Rich Fast-Scams and scam affiliate programs (What to look out for!)

Posted in 2009

During my time in banking, I have come across professional bankers with gambling problems and drowning in stupid online Get-Rich-Scams. How is it possible, for these educated men to get into depth or loose money on these scams?
Easily – There is a saying that goes “The less money you have, to more you focus on them” and that is correct.  These men felt that ends didn’t really met, they looked around and saw other men driving luxury cars, having beautiful wives, travelling and living it sweet.
They also believed that they could become the next Donald Trump if they followed What-Ever-Online-Program-They-Came-Across, but in fact they simply lost money and felt even more miserable.
Get rich-quick ideas are in 99,9999% of the cases completely stupid.  (Read more in this chapter!)

Anonymous Bank Accounts and Nameless Creditcards

Posted in 2009

BULLSHIT!
There, I said it. I know what I’m talking about.
The only time, that you’ll ever come across an “anonymous” bankaccount, is, if your entire identity is FAKE. Which means, that the identification papers that you used to open the account (or if the banker is corrupt) are fake or stolen. THAT is the only point, where YOUR identity can be hidden, because you’ve used someone elses. (Read more in this chapter below!)
